Our two Centers, The Rise Above Foundation Community Center, and The Rise Above Foundation Family Care Center are some of the best places to volunteer in Cebu if you want to work with children, teens, and the very needy in the Philippines.

It was a really valuable week at the organization Community Centre. I got to know all the children, they are so sweet and respectful. We made food for the people from the neighborhood and gave it to them, it is so good that these type of centre's exist to help each other out. Also we helped the children with pre-school, played with them and lauged and danced a lot. Adi and Marly and all the mothers are so sweet!

This was an amazing experience i wish i had more time!! The children were so nice and Adi and the whole team were amazing and very welcoming. You can truly see the hardwork everyone puts in to ensure the children have a fun and positive experience everyday! Everything was very flexible and i had regular breaks to explore and chat with the other volunteers. I do hope to come back in the future, thank you!

It's Just Amazing experience Thanks Adi and everyone else for the experience and wonderful time All the local kids and their moms will be there from morning until evening, and they are just so friendly and nice They cook every day, food and distributed And we had a chance to go to the mountain village to deliver some clothes. I was there only for seven days But it was really amazing experience. I recommend everyone to go there.
