Join the adventure. Let’s build something beautiful together. 💫

Hi! We’re Nina and Charelle — two dreamers who met while traveling two years ago and instantly clicked over a shared vision: to create a space that’s more than just a place to stay.
We dreamed of building a home where people journey through themes, creativity, connection, and experiences — and now that dream is becoming reality, right here in the desert oasis of Huacachina, Peru. Oh, and we’re also expecting our first baby at the same time! 👶✨

Together with our incredible partner Alejandro, we’re pouring our hearts and souls into every detail of this project. But we can’t do it alone — we need kind, creative, and motivated souls to join us and help bring this vision to life.

We deeply value inclusivity, respect, and kindness. Everyone is welcome here. We treat guests, volunteers, and our team with open hearts — and we expect the same in return 🤍
We believe in recognizing your unique gifts and making space for your energy, your story, and your ideas.

What can you expect?
A warm and personal welcome, clear and open communication, and support throughout your stay. We'll do our best to make you feel at home and inspired — and we hope you'll do the same for others. We want your time here to be meaningful, joyful, and unforgettable.

We love good vibes, deep connection, shared laughter — and yes, we also value responsibility, initiative, and teamwork.
This is a space filled with both purpose and joy, and every helping hand makes a difference.

Let’s grow, create, and celebrate together 🌞🌿

Me and my friend had such a great time in Shambala I would recommend this to anyone! Everyone in the hostel was so nice and welcoming, it definitely felt like a family. The work was super easy, the food and location was great and there was always plenty of activities going on so we never got bored. We also really enjoyed the free desert buggy and sandboarding. I would definitely come back, 10/10 experience :)

I really, really enjoyed my stay. I met so many amazing new people and had the chance to take on a wide variety of new tasks.

Nina and Charell are incredibly kind and caring people, and I truly enjoyed spending time with them. I can wholeheartedly recommend this volunteering experience to anyone.

My tasks were very diverse, so every day was different and there was always something new to do. The working hours were great, and the accommodation was comfortable and welcoming.

Overall, it felt like being part of a small family, which made the whole experience even more special.

Undoubtedly a great volunteering option if you want to get to know this part of Peru.
Nina is a super nice and flexible host, both with the schedules and the tasks.
The hostel facilities for me were great, the kitchen, in particular, was the best-equipped I have seen in more than a year of volunteering, not to mention the coffee ☕.
Everything we agreed on was fulfilled, including the meals as well as the tours at the museum, the pisco bodega, and the Buggy tour was also a lot of fun.
The hostel is located 1.5 km from the Huacachina oasis; you can walk there as I did several times, it takes about 20 minutes.
Thank you, the hostel

I had a really good experience here. Nina was friendly, relaxed, and easy to communicate with. The work was fair and not too demanding, mainly cleaning common areas and guest rooms. The hostel had a nice social atmosphere, comfortable rooms and beds, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The free buggy and museum tours were also a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this place to other volunteers.
