The owners, Mariano and Sol, are incredibly responsive and kind, and they have an amazing energy that makes you smile every day. They are always ready to help with anything you need and are very understanding. The place offers plenty of opportunities to socialize and meet new people. La Paz is truly a destination with incredible beaches, where you can truly experience Mexican culture. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever known; it's definitely worth coming here!

This experience was unique, Sol and Mariano make you feel at home, this hostel is very homey and has a very nice vibe, the tasks are really easy, it's only at the reception and there's very little work, I was able to improve my English, I met people from all over the world, I made really good friendships, I got to know the culture and the city of La Paz, there was rain and a little water got into the room, but as soon as we mentioned it they took care of fixing it, I liked it a lot, I hope to return and I would highly recommend it.

I am very grateful to Mariano and Sol who welcomed me at the hostel and supported me a lot and were empathetic at all times. The hostel allowed me to meet people, practice English and experience the beautiful life that is lived in the Baja. Simply, I have two points that I think could be improved. I think the communication isn't the best and sometimes I felt a little lost since you are trained once and then you learn on the job. The second thing worth clarifying is that for breakfast they give you 100 pesos for the whole week. That said, it's a place where travelers are welcomed and it's much appreciated!

My experience was very rewarding; it was my first time volunteering, and the hosts (Mariano and Sol) were very good people, they are warm, kind and open to dialogue to communicate any situation. I got along very well with the other volunteers, and I could even say that I grew fond of everyone 🥺
The agreed activities were very simple, and you had free time to get to know and visit places. It's a good place to meet people from all over, and to practice your English since many foreign travelers come by.

Mariano and Sol are very attentive and humane people, they have really created a home that travelers choose for how comfortable they feel, Sol was very kind and patient in any situation that presented itself, I am very grateful that they allowed me to learn, without a doubt I would recommend this volunteer work if it's your first time.
Advice for future volunteers: ask every question that comes up and keep communication, they are super willing to help and to solve.
