We are an International Community Hub that welcomes like-minded people to spread positive vibes and celebrate life together. It is a home from home, with a vision of sharing, co-creation and self-expression. Our events and workshops have participants leaving with big smiles and hugs, having made new friendships and unforgettable memories.
The management is very respectful with strong communication and planning. We are a community space run by travellers and locals with a strong International calling. We have weekly meetings to discuss successes, concerns and upgrades

Probably the best Hostel I have ever been in my life. It was a wonderful experience that I will forever keep in my memories. Rob was a great host, and a wonderful person to know. The facilities were great, accommodation wonderful, and no bad experience at all. A 10/10 definitely recommend Volunteering at T5.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better volunteer experience than this! From my very first day at T5 I felt welcomed and included by the staff, fellow volunteers and the community at T5. The garden and nightly events meant it was super easy to socialise and meet both travellers and locals!
The workload is extremely manageable and there was always a permanent staff member on shift if you ever had any questions, which was great for some stability.
If you’re looking for a home away from home while your travelling, T5 is the place!

The best hostel I’ve volunteered so far, everybody is so social and kind and rob and issam are always available for any help you need with the tasks! Downstairs they have a garden that’s always full of events, it’s an amazing place to meet travelers and locals as well. The location is also very good, not far from the old town, etc. Really loved it!

My time at T5 was so special! The four shifts a week felt more like an opportunity to socialize rather than work. Unlike other hostels, you're able to sleep during your night shift. Issam does a fantastic job welcoming and training the volunteers, ensuring they are comfortable. There are permanent staff working with you which gives T5 stability. The tasks and communication between staff are very clear. The hostel combines locals and international travellers creating a very diverse and immersive environment. If you're looking for a chill and social hostel, T5 is the place!

My first experience volunteering in a hostel and any other experiences I do in the future will have a tough job comparing to t5. As most of the other reviews say the community feels like a family. The work is extremely fair and flexible, you have plenty of time off to be able to explore other parts of Romania. The jobs were explained really well and there was always someone there if you have any questions. I had travel booked either side so I was only able to stay for 3 weeks however I would definitely recommend staying at least 4 weeks. Special thanks to everyone for the best experience <3
