The hostel is incredible, it is clean, central, with guests from all over the world with whom you can practice several languages. The Hostel has a special vibe, thanks to the location and especially to the workers, who make you feel Naples in your heart and feel like another Neapolitan from day one. The hostel is wonderfully located, clean, and a very lively social but comfortable place to stay. Everybody who works at the hostel is really friendly people - working there was a great experience that helped me get to know Napoli.
The hours for the shifts are either fairly early (7-11am) or late (9-1am, although sometimes you will need to stay later depending on how long it takes to get people to bed and close up the bar) Especially if you're a sociable person who likes talking to other travellers and making them feel comfortable, the work is very simple and often very fun!

The hostel is super clean (shoutout Teresa!) and beautifully designed. Breakfast is great and so is having pizza once a week and pasta twice a week. The work itself is not difficult at all. Sometimes there might be a bit of a language barrier as not everyone on staff speaks English, but that's also a great opportunity to practice Italian =D Three weeks seem like a short time, but I really enjoyed my time in Napoli: the people, the food, and the grittiness of it all. To Angela, Natasha, Zaira, Naira, Lorenzo, Martina, Niki, Pio, Manu, and the rest of the TricTrac team, thank you for everything!

Amazing experience at the Tric Trac hostel. Grazie mille to Angela, Niky, Martina, Manu, Alberto and Andrea for making me feel welcomed and being patient with all my questions and tomfoolery. Napoli is great and has a lot to offer, while also being close to many cool places to visit. The hostel is also one of the cleanest I've ever been to with plenty of amenities (no laundry though). Would definitely come back if I'm ever again in Napoli.

The experience at Tric Trac hostel was so amazing and life changing for me! Each employee of the hostel made sure I was having a great time and was clear in explaining my tasks. I met so many international travelers, some of which I’ll be traveling with in the future! The facilities are very well up kept as well. This was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone who can visit.
