The hostel is a very pleasant hostel, it is located in a very good area and everyone is very kind. The schedules were always met and they inform us in advance, which allows us to organize our time to get to know the city. In addition to the reception, you have to take out the trash at night. Overall, a good experience. Thanks to Vero, Jose and the other volunteers.

The hostel was a place where I was warmly welcomed from day one. Vero (the manager) was very kind and was attentive to my needs throughout my stay, always ensuring I was comfortable and that my schedules were respected. The tasks are very simple, it's basically reception, managing reservations, receiving guests and charging payments, the flow of guests was slow but with the flexibility of hours (which I totally appreciate), time goes by super fast. Many thanks to Vero and José for the space and the treatment. I recommend it!!!

Volunteering at the hostel was a wonderful experience.
The tasks are well explained, the schedules are always respected, and the place is always well cared for.

I recommend this volunteering to all those motivated by practicing languages, meeting people and enjoying the parks of the beautiful city of Bucaramanga.

I had an excellent experience at the hostel. The reception tasks are simple and well organized. The accommodation is very comfortable, especially for women; I was assigned to a spacious and pleasant female dormitory. In addition, all spaces are kept very clean. I want to especially highlight Vero, who is a permanent receptionist and in charge of training volunteers. She is an incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help, which made the whole experience much easier and more pleasant.
