I had really nice time out there and enjoyed helping out with preparing food. Also had a chance to meet many new amazing people which made this experience even much better.
Both Babette and Harry are very kind and
caring people and it was nice to chitchat with them!☺️

My experience here was absolutely wonderful! A beautiful place where I met some incredible people and felt truly welcomed and cared for. The work was very reasonable and Babette was always checking in with me to make sure everything was okay and nothing was too much or too hard. Being able to swim in one of the cleanest rivers I have ever seen during a heatwave was also a nice bonus!

I had an amazing experience working in Varen. The house is beautiful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The work is varied and easy to learn. I tried so many new things! The food is fresh, the neighbours are friendly and I had a great experience overall!

This was my first time doing a workaway and I had so much fun, it was an absolutely amazing experience! I learned a lot about gardening and had the privilege of enjoying the best France has to offer. I highly recommend it if you have the opportunity! I felt like I was part of her family and it really felt like a home away from home. Babette was an amazing host and I really enjoyed living and working with her and meeting all of her friends. If I have the opportunity again, I will definitely be back :)
