We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Volunteer to support the professional growth of our Instagram account and strengthen our online presence. The role focuses on producing high-quality visual content that reflects the lifestyle, atmosphere, and overall
guest experience of the hostel.
The selected volunteer will be responsible for creating engaging, well-edited content that highlights the space, activities, community, and unique experiences offered.
A strong sense of branding, storytelling, and visual consistency is essential.
In exchange, we offer accommodation and breakfast during the collaboration period, with the possibility of extension if the work meets expectations.
We are seeking someone with experience in social media content creation, solid photo and video editing skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Your activities may include:
* Creating Instagram Reels and TikTok videos
* Recording Stories throughout the week
* Capturing daily life at the surf house
* Filming surf sessions, yoga and excursions
* Creating content featuring the house, rooms and facilities
* Helping document guest experiences
* Creating simple edits using CapCut or similar apps
* Suggesting new content ideas and trends
* Organizing and delivering the content created
* Helping maintain a consistent social media presence
You will normally work around 4–5 hours per day, 6 days per week, with flexibility around surf sessions, activities and guest schedules.
We want you to enjoy your time here too, so the schedule will be planned to leave you plenty of free time to surf, explore Tamraght and enjoy Morocco.
