Filippo is the best, he always tried to encourage people to be social and we played board games most of the nights. I was expecting a host but instead I found a friend :) Everything is mostly how it was described in the beginning but more fun. The location is great and meeting with other travelers from all around the world is very exciting. I can say that the hostel overall was also one of the best in Krakow by location and people. I would suggest and encourage everyone to volunteer. Amazing

Fillipo was an excellent host, really kind and always in the mood for fun (games, salsa lessons and going out). He was available and helpful, explaining every task and showing up calm at every difficulty. He was always open to our suggestions about the weekly schedule (days off and shifts we preferred) and made sure everyone was happy with it.
The working hours were really good and left plenty of time for exploring the city.
The hostel is in a very central area. It is clean and tidy. The days pass pleasantly and you get the chance to meet people from all over the world.

My time at the hostel was incredible. From the very first moment, I felt welcome and comfortable. I met lots of people and felt as if I was at home throughout my stay. The hostel is in the city center, and the working hours are short (sometimes you even finish early). Krakow is a city that offers so much to do—sightseeing, nightlife, and more. I'd recommend it 100%!

My experience at the hostel was really good. Filippo is an amazing host, always helping you and making sure that everyone is having a good time. I was really comfortable and the working hours were fair enought and easy going. You have plenty of free time to do other things. Really nice the shared dinners to connect with other volunteers, and then we went to party. Is a really good option as first time volunteering like me.

My partner and I had a great experience at the hostel. Filippo made us feel welcome and comfortable, and he is great company with a lot to share about cooking, culture, and more. As a new project, it is still finding its feet. Communication can be challenging at times, and while Filippo asks for suggestions, it can feel difficult to share ideas openly. Filippo and Kalina are great managers! Filippo is hardworking and he is always joking, even on his bad days, and Kalina help you anytime.
Tasks aren't hard and most of the days you really work only 3 hours. Hostel has a lot of board games so its even easier to hang out. I highly recommend to everyone...if you are extroverted you will have the best time of your life!!
