The Experience

Our hostel aims to create a space where young painters, musicians, writers, actors, and dancers from academies and schools can meet, exchange ideas, and inspire one another. We also aim to decorate our spaces with art exhibitions and offer cultural activities. We are still young and are looking for volunteers who can help with tasks such as cleaning, preparing beds, working at reception, and supporting the organization of our cultural community.

Filippo is a very nice guy who takes good care of the volunteers. There is a great atmosphere in the hostel and the location is super central. Since a few processes are still in their early stages, things like the computer system can be a bit overwhelming or confusing at first, but he mentioned he is working on improving this. Also you can always ask Filippo or the other volunteers for help :) Overall I would recommend this place!

Filippo is a great host who cares about volunteers. Whenever I had a problem or needed help, he was always willing to help. The schedule is made every week, so we only work the scheduled hours, and it was easy to plan trips in advance. He also tries to give us the days off we want. Tasks include changing bed sheets, cleaning bathrooms, and helping with check-ins, and most are already decided, so it was comfortable.

Kraków is beautiful, and the hostel is in the center, a great location for exploring. I'll never forget my time here. I highly recommend volunteering here!

Filippo is the best, he always tried to encourage people to be social and we played board games most of the nights. I was expecting a host but instead I found a friend :) Everything is mostly how it was described in the beginning but more fun. The location is great and meeting with other travelers from all around the world is very exciting. I can say that the hostel overall was also one of the best in Krakow by location and people. I would suggest and encourage everyone to volunteer. Amazing

Fillipo was an excellent host, really kind and always in the mood for fun (games, salsa lessons and going out). He was available and helpful, explaining every task and showing up calm at every difficulty. He was always open to our suggestions about the weekly schedule (days off and shifts we preferred) and made sure everyone was happy with it.
The working hours were really good and left plenty of time for exploring the city.
The hostel is in a very central area. It is clean and tidy. The days pass pleasantly and you get the chance to meet people from all over the world.
Loved it!!!

Filippo and his teammates are very friendly and kind, so I always felt comfortable, even though it was my first time volunteering.
There are a few tasks each week, and Filippo usually taught me how to do them carefully. He treats us not as volunteers, but as regular staff, so you need to take responsibility for your tasks.
This experience will help you grow in many ways.

Kotaro helped at our hostel for two weeks, mostly preparing beds for guests and helping with check-ins. It was his first experience, but he quickly learned how to carry out the tasks and took care of his responsibilities. We recommend hosting him at your structure.
