Pros Jhon is lovely, type of work and hours are as described. It's beautiful. Cons Map location is wrong - not close to Bogota but a bit east of Silvania. Profile says they provide basic internet connection - they don't. There is bad mobile service, but no internet provided by hosts. Profile says they provide two meals, but first thing you get once your stay is approved is a shopping list of things that will cover your food for the week. I don't take issue with an expectation for volunteers to contribute, but I think it should be openly communicated on the profile. If corrected, 5/5 :)

My experience as a volunteer was very pleasant. Jhon and Selva are incredibly kind and were very attentive from the moment I arrived. The project is in its early stages, making it a great fit for those looking to help primarily with construction and gardening. Regarding the social media role, I feel they still need to define clearer goals for what they want to achieve, but the project has a lot of potential. Thank you for having me!

Always grateful to Máximo for his kindness and sweetness. The good one for Jhon, she cooks well and she jokes around :b Thanks to this project I had the opportunity to practice my art far from home, which nourishes me on many levels ❤️ The place where I stayed wasn't very comfortable for me, and while this may appeal to personal preferences, you should know that there isn't much access to drinking water, there is no way to store food in a fridge, and the bathroom is dry. Otherwise I had a very nice time, I ate well and I relaxed with the little birds at sunset. A big hug.
