We are a small and peaceful 4-room hostel in San Rafael, Antioquia, surrounded by nature. We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented volunteer to take care of housekeeping: cleaning rooms, changing sheets after check-outs and maintaining common areas organized. Cleanliness is very important to us. The workload is manageable, but responsibility and consistency are essential. 4โ5 hours per day, 5 days a week.

5 stars! Thanks Farid! I really loved my time in San Rafael, honestly, I wish I could have stayed longer. I met so many cool people at Maracuya Hostal, and the other volunteers at the Jungle House (Alejo and Loa) were super chill and fun to be around! Farid is also such a cool and welcoming person, so thank you again for this opportunity. No doubt, if I ever find myself back in San Rafael, I'd definitely love to volunteer here again. Cascada de La Honda is absolutely beautiful, and honestly, the entire rio is! โค๏ธ I also want to give a special thanks to Ferney and Martin โ very cool locals!

The jungle house in the mountains of san Rafael has the true feelings of a community on hands project, in which all is welcome to come, contribute their knowledge and art and create together, all that while being surrounded by a beautiful jungle, q stunning the farm and really friendly local neighbours (with which i had a chance to practice my Spanish daily) I loved the place, Because the tasks vary so much i always found something interesting and fun do to and learn from while working. The hours are flexible so each volunteer can find their convenient hours for working. And farid - amazing

Farid was a great host, always there if I had questions and attentive. I enjoyed staying in the house as it is surrounded by nature and seeing all kinds of different animals or insects that I had never seen before was truly magical. The neighbours were also very lovely and kind people and we always had a good time when they came to say hi. The work hours are very flexible, you choose when you work as long as you do your 5 hours, which is really nice and work isn't too hard either. In the end, I had a good time and enjoyed the tranquility and peace.

How my first volunteering experience was amazing, I learned to share with nature in a phenomenal place, with fantastic international companions near nature near the pure water, the host fulfilled everything agreed and helped me and listened to my needs. I would love to return on some new occasion. The best part of the experience was the local people; their kindness and love are something that fills the soul.
