The Experience

Join our yoga retreat in Teresópolis and live surrounded by nature while helping with simple daily tasks like preparing breakfast, setting tables, light cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, guiding guests on hikes, filming short clips, and creating social media posts. You’ll connect with travelers from around the world and take part in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound bath sessions. ✨🏔️

  • Between 20 and 50 years old
  • Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
