The volunteer will help create a social and friendly atmosphere at the hostel by organizing simple activities for guests, such as talks, game nights, group dinners, walking tours, or occasional bar outings.
They will help integrate travelers and promote the hostel's activities, supporting in all the logistics they require (purchase of supplies, bar service, kitchen, content creation, cleaning). The volunteer work is 5 hours per day, 5 days a week, with flexible hours depending on the activities.
Respect assigned schedules and tasks. Maintain a kind attitude with guests, volunteers and staff. Take care of common areas and leave used areas clean and orderly. Do not consume alcohol during volunteer hours. Give advance notice if you cannot fulfill a shift. Respect rest and hostel rules, fostering a social and safe environment for everyone.
