We are a warm, family-run hotel located two blocks from the ocean in Pacasmayo, a peaceful surf destination on Peru’s north coast. Our property features spacious gardens, hammocks, and common areas to enjoy the coastal lifestyle. We are looking for creative volunteers to help with decoration, painting, gardening, assist at reception, social media, and the development of a new café.

During your stay, you will be part of our team in a calm, respectful, and family-like environment. We aim to create a positive cultural exchange where you can experience local life in Pacasmayo while helping improve our spaces.
