Construction and painting volunteers commit 4 hours a day with 2 days off per week (where first 4 days need to be complete before days off).
We consider the volunteer hours to be a total of 25:
5 days work at 4 hours = 20 hours
Around the hostel socialising and adding positive energy is where the other hours are counted. This involves taking part of social activities like cards, group games like celebrity head, and the occasional free dinner nights and free drinks night when done.
A great part of being involved with construction or painting is your ability to communicate with the manager a plan for your hours.
We have 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 1 duck. You must love animals.
Quiet hours are 11pm - 7am. Please respect this rule so everyone can sleep in comfort. With no curfew, feel free to explore the nightlife and return at anytime.
