Overall this was a great experience that I would recommend to other world packers. The hosts are very welcoming and made this a memorable experience (showing me the island, taking me surfing and cooking local meals)! The island location is gorgeous and very close to the beach but is very remote which can be isolating. The room I stayed in was perfectly adequate but could get very hot in the summer heat. The daily work mainly included cleaning (guest rooms, the hosts house and general property) and some cooking. Thank you Erika and Alex for such an amazing first Worldpackers experience!

I had an amazing experience at the lodge ! I would recommend it if you are looking for a place to slow down and feel more at peace. The tasks changes everyday which is nice and the host always offers to go visit the island or go for a swim. However you have to be aware that it is quite isolated. There is only a beach in walking distance (15 to 20 min) so for all other outings you will be depending on the host. Overall I would recommend this place if you are looking to deconnect and be surtout des by nature.

My experience in Thassos was unique—and I don't mean that in a bad way. I arrived there and relearned how to live with the essentials, how to embrace the silence, and how to live amidst the open outdoors. Alex shared his love for cooking, flavors, and a simple life with me. I had the honor of tasting his mother's cooking—it was wonderful! I'll be returning richer than before. Thank you for the opportunity.

È stata un'esperienza forte. Forse il posto non è per tutti, perché è un po' isolato, ma è bello, immerso nella natura, a pochi minuti da una splendida spiaggia. Ho appreso la calma e la cura verso le cose quotidiane, e proverò a portarmeli dietro.
