Program Details

We are looking for passionate, motivated people with real desire to contribute to an authentic human project. You don't need to be an expert — you need energy, good will, and a genuine desire to help.
We ask above all for a good attitude, respect toward the team, the children and the families we accompany, and openness to a social reality different from yours. Solidarity is the heart of what we do, and we hope you share it with us.
What you can expect from us
Our housing spaces are comfortable and designed so you feel good during your stay. You will be warmly received by our team and integrated into the center's activities from day one.
In exchange for your commitment, we offer quality accommodation, meals and moments living in a community with other volunteers from around the world. You will leave with an enriching human experience, a better understanding of Bolivian reality and, above all, the satisfaction of having contributed to something that really matters.
Welcome to EDYFU. 🌱

Activities & Shift

Volunteer work at EDYFU is organized around about 25 hours per week, distributed according to the center's needs and the profile of each volunteer. The schedules are flexible and adapt to the day's activities, which are generally carried out in two shifts: morning from 8:00 to 12:00 and afternoon from 14:30 to 18:30.
That said, life in a social center does not always follow a rigid schedule. Sometimes help is needed at unexpected moments, and we highly value willingness and flexibility. We do not ask you to be available 24/7, but to contribute with genuine commitment during your stay.
Each volunteer contributes according to their abilities and energy. The most important thing for us is to build true rapport with the team, so that your experience is as enriching as possible, both for you and for the children and families we accompany.
We want your stay at EDYFU to be memorable for the right reasons: real human connections, genuine learning and the satisfaction of having left something good. 🌱

Rules
