Activities & Shift
Helpers are supposed to mainly work in the field of hospitality. Key responsibilities include the support of daily operations, delivery of excellent guest service, maintaining high service standards, and contributing ideas to improve operations. Previous experience in the field of hospitality will be helpful.
Rules
We welcome volunteers who are willing to commit to a minimum stay of 8 weeks, have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people, are eager to learn, and are excited to contribute to a growing eco-luxury resort. Flexibility, teamwork, and a genuine passion for hospitality are far more important to us than previous experience.
