The Experience

Join La Fattoria di Casabianca and be part of the early stages of an exciting farm project. The main focus is the garden β€” transplanting, seeding, harvesting, weeding, and watering β€” helping build a steady food production. This will support the creation of a future Kitchen Lab, making it a great opportunity for those interested in sustainable living and farming. ✨

This experience was not what I applied for. When I arrived I was told I was no longer needed to mind children but instead was farming. The living situations are fully outdoors, besides a shared very small caravan. The bathroom situation was not ideal. The host often got frustrated and angry with us if tasks weren’t in a specific way. I tried to have a conversation about open communication, but it was not received. The work is very physically demanding. Low variety of food we repeated the same meals. I would not recommend this experience.
