Asturias Deep Ecology Total Immersion Swimming and Flow Arts
The experience
We are on a 4-hectare estate with meadows and forests of oaks, birches, chestnuts, and laurels, and we enjoy a small and beautiful river with natural pools that runs through the property. The landscape is beautiful and wild; there are trails for long walks in the area and swimming in the big river.

Knowledge is a form of love, which is why we offer free training and information about the growing and irreversible Climate Chaos and its economic, social and military consequences, with Climate Communicators with more than 20 years of experience to all those who are here and want to update knowledge and who wish to understand why up to the 1,5°C global warming was Climate Change and now, heading relentlessly toward the 2°C global warming, it is exponential Climate Chaos that triggers unstoppable chain reactions in Climate.
MEDITATIVE SWIMMING: The small river that passes through our property is perfect for contrast baths and flows into a larger, wider river that is ideal for open-water swimming enthusiasts as it has hardly any current.
We have a Swimming Coach who worked in Water Rescue and who practices the Total Immersion Method which is the evolved technique of crawl, the Tai Chi of swimming to swim more and better like a fish in the water and if you want he will share his knowledge with you.
Those who want to navigate the great Navia River can do so in a comfortable Kayak with seats and life jackets.
FLOW ARTS: If you feel like flowing on dry land surrounded by wild nature you can learn Flow Arts such as Bo Staff Freestyle or Nunchakus, the Triple Baton or San Jie Gun or use other tools like the Kinetic Magic Ring, Pois or Cariocas with very good music. Practice makes the Master.

Activities & Shift
4 hours per day of work, 5 days a week and 2 days off. You can work two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon or all the hours in a row, whichever you prefer. No problem.
The jobs can vary depending on the weather or the needs of the moment. We need help with activities such as clearing on the farm with electric machinery (never gasoline), putting up fencing, collecting dry wood, cleaning the land, cleaning the riverbed, helping with the animals, shearing sheep, etc...
We have some sheep and goats and 5 dogs, some adopted, and majestic cats. We would like people capable of living with so many affectionate animals. Now, where volunteers stay is a zone free of animals.
