Program Details

Tasks typically start around 9am by feeding the dogs, having breakfast, and taking them for a walk. Along the way there is time to gather firewood/earth or clear the path, harvest whatever is available, up to lunchtime.
In the afternoon, time is devoted to cleaning the space or the garden. There is always flexibility in task schedules; tasks can be in the morning or in the afternoon.
Sometimes we can have lunch together or separately.
It is important to be aware of the place where you will be staying; it’s in the mountains, it is cold in winter, especially at night, therefore it is necessary to have proper clothing and footwear. Also a lot of willingness and readiness.

Activities & Shift

Cooking for the dogs, feeding them, taking them out to walk along the trails, collecting: firewood, herbs, soil, and sticks.
General cleaning: bathroom, kitchen, common spaces, gallery, living room, patios.
Garden: sowing, harvesting, cleaning, preparing soil, turning compost.

Rules

The place is a tranquil space where silence prevails. We expect respect from anyone who decides to visit us; it is an inclusive space.
We are always willing to talk things over.
Dogs have an important place in the home, where we hope they are respected and cared for, just as nature; we try to impact as little as possible, taking care of and recycling everything possible.
The meals are wholesome and vegetarian, so that is what we provide.
