Program Details
Volunteering is more than just helping people practice English—it’s about building meaningful connections and creating a positive impact through cultural exchange. Your main role will be to assist with English conversation sessions, interact with adult learners, share cultural experiences, and help create a friendly and encouraging learning environment.
Our learners are mainly working adults who are eager to improve their communication skills and connect with people from different backgrounds. Through conversations, shared experiences, and new perspectives, volunteers help create a supportive environment where learning feels natural, enjoyable, and inspiring.
No formal teaching required: Our local Vietnamese teachers handle the formal lessons, grammar, and lesson structure, so volunteers can focus on conversation and cultural exchange. We also provide clear schedules, teaching materials, and ongoing support from our team, so you can focus on enjoying the experience rather than worrying about preparation.
Activities & Shift
You’ll volunteer for around 3 hours/day, 6 days/week, mostly in the evenings, leaving plenty of free time during the day to explore the city and experience local life. Before you begin, our team will provide you with a weekly timetable so you'll always know your activities in advance.
We want our volunteers to enjoy both their time contributing to the community and their time exploring Vietnam, so we do our best to keep the schedule organized, clear, and flexible.
We also understand that traveling and volunteering should go hand in hand. That's why we arrange flexible days off and free time, giving you opportunities to relax, explore the local area, meet new people, and experience Vietnamese culture at your own pace.
Rules
The meal allowance is available to volunteers who stay with us for more than 1 month. Once you reach your one-month mark, we will reimburse the meal allowance for your first month.
The allowance covers 2 local meals per day, calculated at approximately 30,000 VND per meal—enough to enjoy plenty of delicious local food!
