Gina and Nataly were great bosses, they were attentive to us, and Gina was an excellent leader. The work is nice and fun even when you work with more volunteers.

It was a very fun experience with many good people. The workhours in the are a bit heavy. But the experience is totally worth it. Also the good you get for free is of very good quality.

The hostel is very well located, the staff and managers are all very friendly and helpful. The exchange gives you room and board (2 meals) which are delicious and food from the hostel's restaurant. The job is mostly being in events at night where there's parties all night so if you like to party. This is the right spot!

I had a fun time volunteering here at the hostel. Being part of a party promoting team is one of the most easiest volunteer jobs I had volunteering at a hostel. You just get guests to participate in the activities...very easy. I enjoyed the free breakfast and lunch meals they give to volunteers which is nice and the work hours which starts late at night (8-1 or 10- 3 am) gives you enough time in the day to explore and do things in Lima. If you're outgoing and love partying, this is perfect for you. I recommend it.
