We are looking for a volunteer who is passionate about content creation to help us capture and tell the story of our hostel.
Our space is constantly evolving, always with news, renovations, events and guest interaction. We want to transform this day-to-day into authentic content for Instagram, TikTok and other social networks.
Activities
Activities may include:
Capturing videos and photos of the hostel;
Recording environments, daily routine, guests (with permission) and behind the scenes;
Editing short videos for social media (Reels, TikTok and Shorts);
Creating creative content and trends;
Organizing media files;
Support in content planning when necessary.
Not mandatory to have professional experience, but it s important to have some familiarity with recording and editing videos using a cellphone or a camera.
We value creative, organized, communicative people who enjoy telling stories through images.
Here you will have freedom to suggest ideas, experiment with formats and build a real portfolio while participating in the growth of an expanding project.
If you enjoy creating content, following social media trends and want to develop your skills in practice, you will be very welcome!
Activities and shifts
We have flexibility regarding schedules. Recordings and edits can be organized according to the volunteer s availability and the weekly content plan.
Some recordings happen during the day, while others may occur at night, depending on the hostel routine and planned activities.
Before starting volunteering, we align the schedules and set a timetable that works well for both parties.

Respect guests privacy, requesting authorization before filming when necessary.
Keep media files and equipment organized.
Take care of the hostel s equipment and your own equipment.
Deliver content within the agreed deadlines.
Maintain a collaborative, creative and professional attitude.
It s not allowed to disclose internal contents without the team s authorization.
If any rule is gravely or repeatedly violated, the volunteer program may be terminated.
