Welcome to our home in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah! We are a friendly family who enjoy cultural exchange and experiencing local life. Volunteers can learn about Sabah, explore Kota Kinabalu, and share their own culture with us. This is a cultural exchange experience where volunteers stay with our family and experience everyday life in Kota Kinabalu. Volunteers will help with light household tasks while having free time to explore Sabah and enjoy local life.
15 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Help with cooking, shared meals, light cleaning, and caring for our cats. We can arrange the hours together based on our daily routine and the volunteer’s plans.
As a Muslim family, we kindly ask volunteers to respect our household rules: halal food only, with no pork or alcohol in the house. Please keep shared spaces clean, respect our family and home, and treat our cats kindly.
