Trip Hostel is in Rio's North Zone — real local Rio, off the tourist track. We need someone friendly and organized to handle guest messages and check-ins across our Airbnb properties. Free BJJ, Muay Thai & kickboxing classes included, plus help getting around. Routine stays steady, though occasionally we may ask for extra help elsewhere. Top volunteers are considered for future paid roles.

Positives: Friendly host and his family. They were warm and welcoming. Negatives: Jacaré is far from main tourist areas. No bar discounts, bikes, surfboards, or laundry as advertised. Host praised my skills on my application, but claimed for no reason that he didn't trust me with electrical work, in public, and did not put my language skills to use. Most painting was finished so I was asked to paint an unhygienic parking garage toilet outside the hostel (when there was still electrical work to do). When I refused they were quick to evict me via WhatsApp with a 17:00 deadline.

Muitas ideias, muita energia boa e grandes aprendizados. Recomendo demais a experiência.

Bom, super recomendo a experiência. Nota 100.
