The experience

We believe that taking care of a space is also taking care of the people who come to it.

More than cleaning suites, we want someone who puts presence, care, and intention into what they do, who comes, and feels your energy.

A bed neatly made, the pleasant smell in the environment, the folded towel, everything in its place... Small gestures that make a person arrive and feel:

"What a delight to be here." 💚

💛 Who we are looking for

A person who has a heart to care.

🌿 A little about us

Comunna Metamorfose is a space of nature, community, retreats and transformative experiences in the Serra da Mantiqueira.

Here we believe that care is in the details.

When we clean a suite, tidy a bed or prepare a room for someone to arrive, we are not simply performing a task.

We are preparing a space for someone to rest, breathe, slow down and feel welcomed.

That’s the perspective we would like to find in you. ✨

🏡 If you feel that...

You like taking care of environments.

You take pleasure in making things beautiful and organized.

You have a soft spot for details.

You love nature, animals and community life.

And you understand that what we do with love also changes the energy of a place...

Perhaps this experience at Comunna is for you. 🌻
