My time staying at Luisa’s home and working at the shelter was beautiful.I felt comfortable within the first days.The Apartment was very nice, I had a spacious room, always enough space to cook , eat , read or do whatever I liked. I also always felt very respected in my privacy. The communication between me and Luisa worked great , even when we struggled with the language sometimes, Lluisa always took her time to explain. The work at the shelter was lovely.It is basically a 4 hour cuddling session with the animals and some maintenance work.I loved everything about my stay and recommend 100%❤️

I didn't expect my first experience with worldpackers to go this badly. I do not recommend this host to ANYONE. The living conditions aren't great. She gave me a nasty blanket covered in fur, dust & grime. The mattress of the bed kept falling every 5 minutes. Luisa didn't interact with me outside of the working hours. She forced me to leave within 4 hours after 6 days, without any notice beforehand. She didnt explain why, while being rude. If it stemmed from a solved misunderstanding - She didnt ask me for my pov or how i felt about it.Now shes harassing the place I volunteered at before

Despite her good references, with us Veronika showed defiant and tense behavior toward the team and her colleague.

Nadia has carried out impeccable volunteer work during her four weeks here. She is a dynamic, intelligent, dedicated and discreet young woman. It has been a real pleasure to meet and have Diana among us, a true passion for animals, for their welfare, and for her kindness to the whole team at Refugio PETjades. So much so that after fulfilling her commitment undertaken with worldpackers, she has returned on two additional occasions for a few days to help us at Refugio PETjades and enjoy her company.
