This modality is for volunteers who want to experience a closer connection with horses while participating in the daily life of the ranch. This experience is to get up close to the world of horses: 2 horseback rides per week, riding and polo classes, dressage and work with new horses, saddlery with the artist Han Reguero, handling, mounting, brushing and bathing. New equestrian experiences may also arise during the stay. We expect active participation and support in the daily care of the horses and stables.

This was my first WorldPackers experience and my first solo travel out of my country. The hosts Enrique and Edgar are very personable and flexible and the work given was straight forward and as presented, the farm possibility of choices. They both also offered us volunteers cool opportunities like Wakeboarding and free rides to Valle for events. The workers on the farm were nice and, Han a cowboy who lives on the farm is a great interesting person who really made the experience. It misses 5 stars because of the conditions the farm volunteer house which are false on WP with 5 year outdated pics

We also appreciate your feedback about the volunteers' house. We are aware that there are aspects to improve, and we are currently working on its remodel to offer a more comfortable space. The rainy season didn't help us much with the conditions of the house, but we are getting better.
