I'm truly grateful for the people I've come to known and for Heeo as a host. He is the kindest soul and will always help you if there's any problem. Heeo is incredibly welcoming and a fun and interesting host to be around. I learnt a lot about Korean culture which was one of the main goals for me. The work is basic hostel work and the hostel is not too big. For the chuseok event it was mostly about promoting it to foreigners at the mask dance festival and then some help on the day itself. There is also other volunteers staying, it quickly became a small the guest house family. We did many things together, it was a very fun time and I would love to come back some time. The experience was amazing. Heeo (guesthouse owner) was really nice. He would take us out to eat and also tours. The work was not hard and we could enjoy our free days. The city is really nice and peaceful, with some hostorical attractions. And there are many interesting cities nearby as well. I learned a lot about Korean history and had a lot of fun.

The work is quite easy. The balance is perfect, we had a lot of free time to visit the city and his areas around. Thanks to the other volunteers and the owner, I spent an amazing month. Heeo is a really careful host. He is always available and attentive to your interests. He also knows a lot about the history of the region which is inspiring. This was my first volunteering experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better host or a better place. The city isn't very big, but it still has so much to offer and explore. The host was incredibly kind—he took us on trips and to local events, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for me. I truly loved my time there, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's thinking about volunteering in Korea.

The guest house is a wonderful place. It was my first volunteer experience, and I had an amazing time. I am very grateful to Heeo for welcoming me and always being attentive to everything that was needed. I also had the chance to meet and work with other volunteers from different countries. I had a pleasant and calm stay at the guest house. The work is easy and on your free days you can have time to recharge or go on outings with the host or explore andong on your own. You will find everything you need there, and if somethings missing just ask, the host is extremely friendly and always helpful.
