Haus Königssee is a seminar house in a quiet Eifel village, an hour from Bonn, Cologne, or Koblenz. We are hosts by passion for yoga groups, music retreats, trainings, hiking groups and much more. Daniela is such an amazing host!! She made me feel at home within her family and really helped me to learn and immerse myself in German culture. Her conference house receives the coolest groups of musicians, teachers, yoga and health retreats, her team is full of the sweetest locals. It's a side of life that you don't tend to see often when travelling.
Hours were respected and the pace was relaxed. The food is amazing, even when it's left overs. Tasked were varied from kitchen work, housework and gardening. There are also chickens and an adorable cat to care for. 10/10 and would come back!

The Center is a wonderful place to volunteer at. I would highly recommend it to any committed traveler. I worked outside in the garden/with chickens or inside helping with usual guesthouse operations and laundry. Daniela is beyond sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. The room I stayed in was cozy, the food is delicious, the other staff members are so kind, the work was reasonable, and the location is perfect. I learnt so many skills and I got to see and experience so much of Germany that I likely wouldn't have otherwise. I owe it all to the wonderful opportunity I had working here! 💛
