What Your Days Will Look Like
Your Own Ownership Project: You’ll be assigned your own designated project—whether it's tackling specific repairs, painting, building fences, or working on a section of the horta—giving you full agency and a real sense of accomplishment.
Work Schedule: We work 4 hours a day on weekdays, typically from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (or 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM).
Free Afternoons: Once morning tasks are wrapped up, your afternoons are completely free to relax, explore the local area, or work on personal hobbies.
Weekends Off: Saturdays and Sundays are entirely yours to go sightseeing, head to the coast, or simply unwind at the property.
Hands-On & Dynamic: With plenty of diverse tasks across maintenance, DIY, and gardening, no two days are boring, but the routine leaves you with plenty of time to recharge!
