24 hours of help per week
Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

1 day off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Who we’re looking for
Someone outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with guests from different backgrounds.
Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media content creation.
Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Instagram Edits, or Adobe tools.
Basic image editing skills using Canva or Adobe
An iPhone is required for content creation.
Someone reliable, creative, organized, and comfortable following instructions and deadlines.
How it works
You’ll receive a monthly content plan with clear tasks, creative guidelines, and performance targets. we’ll provide creative direction, monitor progress, and support your development throughout the experience.
Your role is to bring the ideas to life, connect with our guests, and help us create content that reflects the real energy of our hostel.

What you’ll do
Create 8–12 Instagram Reels per month, following the creative direction and instructions provided for each video.
Publish 3 Instagram Stories daily to keep our community engaged and our account active.
Lead our two fixed weekly activities: Movie Night and Games Night.
Capture authentic moments, guest experiences, hostel activities, and the social atmosphere.
Collaborate with other volunteers and support additional activities based on the team’s interests and the monthly content plan.
