25 hours of help per week
Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.
Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.
2 days off per week
Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.
Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
Intermediate English or Intermediate Japanese
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Your mission is to manage our digital presence and engage our audience.
Daily SNS Management: Create and publish 2 engaging posts per day (Instagram/Facebook/X etc.) using our raw materials or photos you capture.
Short-Form Video Creation: Produce 2-3 high-quality, trendy Reel (30-45 seconds) per week.
Newsletter/Blog Writing (Optional but Highly Valued): If you are a strong writer, we would love you to write 2-3 Substack articles per week sharing deeper stories about our location and culture.
Basic Working Hours: 5 days a week, from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM (Maximum 25 hours per week).
Occasionally, we might ask you to pitch in and help us with cleaning the guesthouse.
If you can drive, we may ask for help with our children.
Ability to self-manage, but also open to feedback and revisions if the content quality does not meet our standards.
