We serve as a unique bridge between travelers and the local Thai community, combining traditional coffee, Thai tea, and matcha with our signature Latin vibe and specialty beverages.
Whether you are already an expert in artisanal teas, matcha, and coffee, or looking to expand your skills, this is the ultimate opportunity to learn and grow! We provide access to easy-to-use yet professional coffee equipment so you can master signature drinks in a friendly, supportive environment.
As a volunteer, you will be an essential part of our daily life, helping us create a warm, energetic atmosphere for international travelers and local regular guests alike.
Barista Support: Work side-by-side with our main barista to prepare and serve coffee, Thai tea, matcha, and Latin signature drinks using simple, professional equipment. (No previous expert experience needed—if you don\'t know yet, we will teach you!).
Guest Relations: Welcome English-speaking travelers and local visitors with good energy, recommendations, and genuine hospitality.
Space Maintenance: Maintain the harmony, warmth, and cleanliness of the café space during your shift.
Social Media & Content Creation: Have fun collaborating on short social media videos (TikToks, Instagram Reels, and lifestyle content).
Early Check-in Assistance: Help guide hostel guests arriving early, warmly explaining check-in details and inviting them to relax in the café or return at 2:00 PM.
Respect & Good Vibes: Respect local Thai culture, fellow volunteers, guests, and our neighborhood community.
Punctuality & Communication: Arrive on time for your shifts (8:00 AM) and keep open communication with the team.
Equipment Care & Harmony: Treat our professional café tools with love, keep your workspace tidy, and enjoy learning along the way!
Personal Appearance & Hygiene: Please maintain good personal hygiene and present a clean, neat appearance during your shift. If you prefer, we can provide a uniform; otherwise, you are welcome to wear your own comfortable clothes, as long as you look fresh and clean!
