The Experience

In the ecologic island of El Hierro, we make mermelade and other meals, with a solar oven.

I've had a lovely time at Blue Canary, the hostel is a few mins away from a natural swimming pool, so you can have a dip whenever you want! Work hours were fair. Thomas was nice enough to show me around the island (you need a car to get around!), I've seen so many breathtaking landscapes, El Hierro is a piece of paradise :-)

I spent a awesome time at Blue Canry Hostel. It's just perfect for everyone who is looking for silence, peace, and also knowing beautiful people (the guests who coming were amazing, crazy and funny people!). The work is easy and it depends on how much guests there's in the hostel. I never met Thomas because he was in travel, but his father Nicolas is a very nice man with a big heart (:

It was very good experience at the blue Canary hostel, if you want tranquility and nature this is the place to be.
The tasks are very easy and Tomas the owner is a very good person.

I'm still here and just awesome. Anyone who loves nature and appreciates peace should come here. I have also met and met many great people, many of them I have now in my fl

a super cool experience to stay in a very remote corner of a very beautiful island! the hostel is extremely peaceful and quiet, atop a clifftop amongst the gulls. there were very few guests while I was here, so we had time to work on improving the hostel, cook meals together and relax. taking day trips with guests and driving around the island was a beautiful experience and must be done. if you are looking for a party hostel or a city experience this definitely is not the right place - it's very quiet, very rural and very peaceful. but if that's what you're looking for then it's just lovely.
