The experience

Recepción, turno AM o PM.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.


What you get

3 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Program Details

Achalay busca gente proactiva para tareas de recepción, a cambio ofrece un departamento compartido y equipado para los voluntarios a 8 cuadras del hostel.
Existe la posibilidad de hacer "lunch box", vender tours y organizar cenas o actividades para generar ingresos.


Activities & Shift

El turno mañana se encarga de supervisar los check out, organizar la agenda de limpieza para house keeping, preparar y servir el desayuno, check in del día, trato con proveedores. atención a huéspedes, apertura y manejo de caja.

El turno tarde se encarga de servicio al cliente, check in del día, trato de proveedores, hacer el pan y la mermelada para los desayunos (hacemos todo casero y enseñamos al equipo a hacerlos), manejo y cierre de caja.

Hay un manual de procesos que el hostel debe implementar. Se capacitará al staff en estos items
