To sharpen language teaching or give students a global perspective. Teachers who are looking for a change of pace, or just feel like they are getting into a dull routine, might want to consider teaching overseas.


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Child Care: Help look after, educate and instruct children.

Teaching Sports: Teach or help guests or local communities practice a new sport.

Teaching Languages: Teach a language to guests or local communities.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Permaculture Course: Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.


Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Portuguese

Over 21 years old

Accepts solo applications and also couples and pairs


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

deliver tailored teaching activities to pupils on either a one-to-one basis or in small groups
make sure that the pupils you support are able to engage in learning and stay on task during the lesson or activity
support the social and emotional development of pupils, reporting any issues when required
support the teacher in managing challenging pupil behaviour and promoting positive behaviour
