I chose to volunteer at the hostel to improve my English, and it was a great experience. The hostel is not very big, and the atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming. It's less than 20 minutes by bus from the city centre, with a bus stop and supermarket nearby. The work is easy, mainly making beds and cleaning rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen. Most days, everything can be done in less than three hours. The hostel also provides basic food for the volunteers, which is a great bonus! Tim and Arthur were incredibly welcoming and generous, as were all the other volunteers I met! Such lovely people!

Everyone was welcoming Arthur and other volunteers. That made it a pleasant experience. The work is not too hard. A work plan was provided to ensure the work was done properly. Plenty time to explore Liverpool and surrounding areas. Thanks t Arthur and Tim for hosting me excellent host. Not much else to say as this was a good experience. It's one I would recommend for independent individuals. As it's not one with excursions and thrills. Plan your own entertainment and you'll be fine. Also, Basic meal needs were provided which was very nice. Very close to supermarkets and city buses.

Overall, it was a good volunteer experience! The accommodations are comfortable, basic food is provided, and the agreed working hours are strictly respected, which makes maintaining a routine very easy :) The team is friendly and helpful! Just keep in mind that the hostel is a bit far from the city center, but there's a bus stop nearby. If you prefer walking, it takes almost an hour, but I did it multiple times and it was totally fine.

I really enjoy my time in the hostel! Tim and Arthur are a good team ! If you need anything you can contact them really easily. The place is cool and the travelers I met, were all nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my time here and will never forget. We never work much more than what we have been asked. The only things maybe is the dryer that takes a long time to process and that keep us obligate to check it sometimes late at night. But that's the only thing I have to say about the hostel's organization. Thank you for this first opportunity! Thank you Tim and Arthur
