I was in the Hostel for the November. It was my First volunteer experience and it didnt dissappoint me. I felt really welcomed, the tasks where easy and I met a Lot of wonderful people during my time there. You also geh in contact with the guests and get to know the city really well in one month. Palermo is a beautiful city and the hostel couldnt be located better (dorectly in the center and near the trainstation). The managers of the hostel were also really kind and supportive. I learned a lot and all in all had a great experience!! I can deffinitely recommend going there 😋🌻🙌

This was my first volunteering experience and it couldn't be better. Everyday I met new persons from all over the world, and I had so much fun. The staff is amazing, they were very welcoming and always making sure that i feel okay with the tasks. The other volunteers and staff really made the hostel feel like a home away from home to me. Thank you all for this incredible month, i will always carry this experience in my heart💞

I am very happy that this was my first experience. The tasks were exactly as stated in the job description and the schedule is flexible. Unfortunately, the problem with bedbugs in the guest rooms is real (I understand that this is a problem in Europe as a whole), but this was the only thing that made me uncomfortable. In general, I felt very welcome and even though I had several questions, the host was always available to help. A special thanks to Thilanka and Hashan for their care and support throughout this month.

I had a great time volunteering in Palermo. A big thank you to the staff for being so kind and welcoming. Palermo is a beautiful city, and the hostel's location made it easy to explore other parts of Sicily. The workload was as described, and I appreciated the grocery money. I definitely recommend it!

The hostel is very good located, close to the central station and the centre, the staff is very welcoming from the beginning and the shifts are very manageable and flexible. It is very easy to meet new people and make friends from a lot of different places. It was my first worldpackers experience and for me time went by very fast so it couldn't have been better :)
