Volunteers will be expected to work up to 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, doing breakfast shifts, helping out with the dishes during breakfast time, helping maintaining the kitchen clean, supporting the reception and organizing evening events with the guests on weekends. Shifts will be arranged together with the other volunteers with some flexibility.
3 hours of help per day
Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and attend to guests.
Party Promoter: Help to promote parties and social activities.
Cooking: Prepare meals for guests.
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm: Be ready to meet people while staying in a shared dorm.
Breakfast: Get your free breakfast, the most important meal of the day.
Discounts on Restaurants: Yummy! Get discounts and grab a bite.
Discounts on Drinks: Drink up! Get discounts and order a few drinks.
Discounts on Tours: Don’t miss a thing! Get discounts and enjoy your free time.
Free Laundry: There's a special place where all the clothes get cleaned for free.

All volunteers are also required to make a down payment of EUR 120 up to a month prior to their arrival. This security deposit is our guarantee that volunteers will show up and commit to the program until the end, and it is refunded at the end of their stay with us.
The deposit can be paid via PayPal or bank wire.
Please also have in mind that as non-European citizen you will need registration at the Austrian Employment Office. This need to be done the latest about 4 weeks before your arrival date and the following documents are required:
- copy of your passport
- copy of your healthy/travel insurance
- copy of you school/college certificate
For European citizens only the first 2 documents are needed and the entire process is a lot easier!
