The volunteering program aims at bidirectional collaboration between the volunteer and the establishment. For this reason, willingness to collaborate in tasks that help provide the service that the establishment develops is expected.
The volunteering activity, guided consistently by qualified staff and a drafted procedures manual, will begin on the agreed date, and regarding its completion, either party may terminate this agreement by giving a 10-day notice. It should also be understood, where applicable, that an absence of the volunteer (sufficiently prolonged relative to what their usual activities were) likewise implies the termination of this agreement.
It is understood that the volunteer will be available at the schedule when needed and will agree to collaborate in the activities detailed, according to the area; respecting the purposes and their procedures. They will keep confidential the information received in the course of their activity. They will respect the rights of the beneficiaries and act diligently and in a cooperative spirit.
