I had an excellent experience at Chill Out hostel. I felt very comfortable during all my stay and in fact we have extended it one more month. Rebecca, Ana, and all the staff were very friendly and receptive since day 1, and I learnt a lot of things related to hostel's daily tasks and general working dynamics. Thanks for the opportunity! :)

Well, staying at the hostel was a very good experience. I met many people, I had contact with guests from other countries. Tasks were easy and simple to perform. Rebecca, João and Ana are very good people who help with what you need and teach you what is needed. The volunteers are all treated well and I had no problem with anyone. The hostel staff are all very helpful and always help with what is needed, Laura and David are very good people and are always willing to help.

This was my first worldpackers experience and I am so so glad it was here at the hostel. From the day I arrived, I felt so welcome amongst the other volunteers and quickly felt like I made the right decision coming here. Throughout my few weeks here, the other volunteers were amazing and made my experience so special. The work itself is very fair and I had lots of fun meeting so many guests from all over the world. I mostly ended up doing reception and some housekeeping, I'm very grateful for what I learned here in terms of running a hostel and working with customers.
