The Experience

We need volunteers during the morning and afternoon shifts, mainly to do Reception work and a kitchen hand, helping with customer service and helping my staff during the breakfast time, doing light cleaning and stuff such as that.

I had a wonderful time! Definitely worth taking part in. The host and staff are great and friendly, the stay is very central and you can reach everything by foot. The job is very easy and the hours are respected, sometimes you get to even leave earlier if there's not much to do. Wonderful island and experience overall. Would 100% recommend it to everyone.

Fui muito bem recebida pela equipe, todos muito amigáveis e respeitosos. O trabalho começa às 6h, mas na maioria dos dias termina após o café, por volta das 9h. As tarefas são tranquilas e fáceis de aprender: organizar o café, retirar mesas, entregar pedidos e receber hóspedes. O check-in exige um pouco mais de atenção, mas há orientação. É importante estar confortável falando inglês para grupos. As acomodações são ótimas: quarto individual, banheiro privativo e mesa para trabalho. O café é delicioso e farto! Tive bastante flexibilidade para tirar folgas e explorar as ilhas. Recomendo muito!

Minha experiência no Hotel o eco lodge, em San Cristóbal, foi incrível. Desde o início fui muito bem recebido e me senti parte da família. As horas e tarefas foram respeitadas exatamente como combinado. Pratiquei inglês e espanhol, conheci pessoas locais e viajantes de vários países e aprendi muito sobre a cultura, a sustentabilidade e a preservação de Galápagos. Foi uma experiência de muita troca, aprendizado e conexão com a natureza. Sou muito grato por tudo que vivi e recomendo a experiência.
