Mein Aufenthalt im Hostel war unglaublich! Igor ist so freundlich und zuvorkommend (und sehr witzig). Das Hostel hat einen unglaublichen Charme und man kann sagen, dass es schon so viele Geschichten erlebt hat. Es hat alles, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Die anderen Gäste waren sehr freundlich und die Aufgaben waren recht einfach. Vielen Dank für alles ;)

Ich hatte so eine großartige Erfahrung in dem Hostel! Das Hostel selbst hat so ein magisches Gefühl, der Garten ist eine Oase und zuletzt, aber nicht weniger wichtig, Igor ist ein erstaunlicher Gastgeber! Das Hostel zieht so interessante Leute an, dass man sich nie langweilen wird; außerdem hat Igor einen erstaunlichen Guide mit vielen geheimen, weniger touristischen Spots ;) Die Arbeit ist auch ziemlich vernünftig :) ich kann diesen Ort nicht oft genug empfehlen; ich werde diese Erfahrung für immer so tief in mir bewahren!

Meine Erfahrung im Hostel war wunderbar. Die Arbeit war jeden Tag so festgelegt, dass du wusstest, zu welchen Zeiten du in der Nähe sein musstest, und dann hattest du den ganzen Tag Zeit, zu erkunden und zu tun, was du willst! Es hat so viel Charakter und Igor ist einfach unglaublich. Er kümmert sich wirklich um dich und du fühlst dich wirklich unterstützt, während du dort bist. Es ist nah am Zentrum und in einer sehr sicheren Gegend, sogar um nachts als allein reisende Frau ausgehen zu können! Es ist der perfekte Ort, sich zu erholen und Zagreb zu erkunden. Das Hostel selbst, die Leute und die Atmosphäre sind einfach wundervoll. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen für jeden, der eine entspannte, coole Auszeit sucht!

If you want to meet with lots of international travelers while being in a cozy and cool environment and giving back to the community through small and easy tasks, go to the hostel!! I stayed for 1 month, and it was definitely a unique and growing experience I would like to recommend to anyone I love. This was my first volunteering, and Igor and Konrad were very kind, they explain everything and they are always here if needed. the hostel is a special place where you feel like home, and it attracts as special guests. So if you still hesitate, simply don't :))))

Igor is generous, open minded and no bullshat. I really enjoyed my stay here, there were lots to do around the area and only a short commute to the city centre. Cleaning the bathrooms and making the beds were a very small commitment for a lovely experience. If you can take direction, have initiative and are open, I'd recommend this. Igor lays it to you straight, gives healthy guidance and feedback and it's very simple work, and easy to do well for a good time, and great company. Thank you Igor & Co. for a fantastic stay, I hope to visit again in the future!!

The hostel felt like home since the first moment. Well located, quiet and cozy place. Igor is a generous man and responsible for creating a chill and respectful vibe in the house. My whole experience in Zagreb has been great mostly thanks to these legends.

I don't want to write a good review because if I do so, I'm afraid this place gets popular and I won't be able to come back... But I can't help it! I never would have expected that it would be so wonderful. From the place itself to Igor and Konrad and the other volunteer. It's a home, a beautiful home painted from top to bottom, full of books, drawings and notes from lots of guests over the years that underscores my words. Doing the bathrooms, the dishes and beds, wasn't a big deal compared with what I gained by being here. I felt more in home than at mine. That's what I learnt about myself.

I had a great experience, i found everything i was looking for at the hostel. Learning English, improve my communication skills and autonomy for the very first time away from home. The task were easy, and i think that anyone can do them, just with right amount of respect, responsibility and attention. Igor and Konrad were very polite, respectful and funny at the same time. I really recommend it if you are looking for these kind of experiences.

It had a wonderful atmosphere, everyone was friendly and open. The tasks were manageable and didn't take as long as stated. Igor and Konrad we're always fair and correct towards me. There was a downside: another volunteer crossed my physical boundaries and didn't stop when asked him to. It wasn't sexual, but I don't like being constantly touched by someone I don't know or trust, and he didn't respect that. This experience ruined almost all of my stay, made me feel vulnerable, and disgusted with both myself and him. I would recommend the hostel, just not with the volunteer(s) at that time.

Simone, so etwas muss mir sofort gemeldet werden, es ist nicht gut, dass ich es erfahre, nachdem du gegangen bist, und jetzt ist es zu spät. Ich werde dir jedoch eine sehr gute Lösung für die Zukunft empfehlen: Wenn du dich entscheidest, solche Dinge für dich zu behalten bei Jungs, die dich so weiter belästigen, hier ist, was du tust: einen ordentlichen Tritt in die Eier und du wirst sehen, wie schnell sie sich klären.
