The Experience

After 3 years as Packers, traveling and helping people across Brazil, I returned to the city of my parents to realize my father's dream: transforming the beautiful farm where I grew up into a tourist park. We need help with agroforestry, reforestation, small repairs and maintenance, and gardening. You will be able to enjoy all the beauties here: nature, a waterfall, trails, hammocks, a campfire, and much more!

The experience with Aline and Claudio was wonderful; they, along with Tupã, Sasa, Pets, and Livia, welcomed me as another member of the family. It was my first volunteering experience, but I felt that it became my home away from home; they always looked after me, ensuring I was comfortable and at ease. I learned a lot, not only about plants, but I also felt immersed in the culture, the language, the food, and the local music. El Dorado is an incredible and beautiful place, a project full of love and respect for nature, and I am glad to have contributed even a little. Thank you for sharing so much with me!”},

The couple (Cláudio and Aline), owners of the farm, welcomed me very warmly!! It was a pleasure to meet them and their pets 😍 I am very grateful that my first volunteering experience was with them, who taught me many things and made me feel really good during the days we spent together; it was very special!

Volunteering with Aline and Cláudio was amazing; they welcomed me and gave me all the experience I was seeking in terms of exchange and learning.
Unfortunately, I ended up getting sick during the volunteering and I feel that I couldn't contribute as much at times; I apologize for that.
But in short, I can only thank you for the wonderful experience, so many conversations and laughs, I learned a lot from both of them.
El Dourado Park is a paradise, the animals are very affectionate and the hosts are incredible people. Thank you for the experience!

Unforgettable! ✨ This was my first experience at Worldpackers and I simply loved it. Aline and Cláudio were amazing with me: besides teaching me about planting, maintenance of green areas and the environment, they connected me with the city's history and took me to see beautiful tourist spots. Living all of this at the farm was transformative. I return with a heart full of lessons and a lot of gratitude for this opportunity! 🤎🌱
