We expect you to understand our needs and help us solve the problems. We work like a family but have our basic rules that everybody should obey like keeping the promises, being punctual, respecting the daily life and customs of others. It may have sounded a little boring but we are having great time all together and love to meet new people. We always like to be open and honest to each other which we expect the same thing from our Worldpackers. We always behave our guests with empaty and try to guess their needs. This is also what we want from a Worldpacker.
Activities & Shift
Because the Worldpacker will be working online, most of the job she/he does will be alone. WP will report and learn the feedbacks from the hostel manager. We can easily say the working hours will be between 11:00am-18:00pm due to low traffic of guests in the hostel as they will be out to wonder around.
Basic rule is common sense! As a Worldpacker you may experience being in different countries with different cultures. Turkiye is one of them. We are easygoing people as long as we feel the honesty and respect of the other. We have some main rules written at the back page of our registration form. These rules are valid for everybody inclueding the volunteers.
