I had a good experience volunteering here. the hostelhostelonly challenge wasthe hostel hostelhostellanguage barrier, as some ofthe hostel hostelhostelvolunteers didn't speak English, which sometimes made communication difficult. However, they always made an effort to understand and help, which I really appreciated. João was also helpful with translation. He was always there whenever I needed anything and he make sure I felt comfortable and supported. His help made a real difference and madethe hostel hostelhostelexperience much easier for me. Thank you to Andreia for hosting me and for giving methe hostel hostelhostelopportunity to have this experience.

I was very well received, the hostelhosteltasks are easy to learn, andthe hostel hostelhostelschedule was always as described; in fact, volunteers work even less than 25 hours a week. the hostelhostelhost, Andréia, was always respectful and friendly, and we had great conversations during that time. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to practice English and meet people from all overthe hostel. the hostelhostelhostelis a beautiful city, full of history and culture.

My experience was very nice, the people are the hostel are very kind and the volunteering activities are nice and interesting. I had a very nice time with also the other voulounteer, in an environment that was very welcoming and nice.
I suggest it to learn Portuguese or also English.
