The experience

We would love you to welcome you to our team and help us in our small hotel in the beautiful New Forest National Park.

You will help with all the usual tasks in the hotel, including housekeeping, cleaning, administration and delivering great service to our guests!

We provide accommodation, food, drink, laundry and internet for our staff.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Program Details

We have worked with many volunteers, interns and work experience students. We really do value your contribution to our small business, helping our team to deliver award-winning service to our guests.

Activities & Shift

Daily tasks might include housekeeping (cleaning guest bedrooms) and cleaning around the rest of the hotel. There are always extra tasks where you could help us: in the garden, in the office, with maintenance and at our other businesses.

Shifts are organised using an online app so you will always know when you are working each day and which days you are off.

Rules

We ask for an interview with all applicants - usually a WhatsApp video call - when you can ask any questions and we can find out more about you, your skills and experience.
